Pendleton Community Care, Inc.

Pendleton Community Care, Inc. is a private, non-profit organization that provides primary healthcare services to insured, uninsured, and under-insured children and adults within our service area. We are a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) organization that began its operation in 1982. We were granted FQHC status in 1999. Our main site is located in Franklin, WV with our satellite sites located in Riverton, WV and Harman, WV.  The School Based Health Centers are located within each school at Franklin Elementary, Brandywine Elementary, North Fork Elementary and Pendleton County Middle/High School.  We also provide primary care services to our patients that are residents of Pendleton Manor.  The Home Visit program was added in 2015 and provides medical services to our home-bound patients by a mid-level provider and care manager on a regular basis.  Our two pharmacies are located in Franklin, WV and Harman, WV.

As a community health center, we specialize in Immunizations, Well-Child Exams, Physical Exams, Laboratory Tests, Women's Health Care, Developmental Screenings, Hearing and Vision Screenings, Nutrition Counseling, Diabetic Retinopathy Exams, 340B Prescriptions, Health Education, Eligibility Assistance, Patient Care Coordination, X-Ray/Digital Mammography, and Integrated Behavioral Health.
