Basics of How to Manage your Organization
The first thing you're going to want to do is to navigate to the top of the page and select My Organization from the available tabs. If you do not see this tab, you are not listed as an organizational manager: Reach out to the Center if you believe this is a mistake at iServe@mail.wvu.edu
Here is where you're going to find all controls to manage your organization. Each section is detailed as follows:
View
This is what the volunteer sees when they click on your profile.
Edit
This is where you can edit all basic information about the organization.
Volunteer Needs
You may view, edit, and add organizational needs here.
Announcements
Slightly different than needs, these go out to all organization fans for important announcements.
Stats
This is where you can view responses, hours, and more regarding your organization's needs.
Schedule
Calendar view of your organization's needs.
Time Tracking
Go here to approve/deny any volunteer responses to your organization's needs.
Advanced Events

Check-In
Used for checking volunteers in at organization events.
Checked In Now
View which volunteers have already checked in to your event.
